Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

  • avocado oil

  • apple cider vinegar

  • lemon zest

  • salt

  • pepper

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
  • Quarter each Brussel sprout – it takes few extra minutes but adds an extra roasting surface and makes it easier to eat and use in other recipes.
  • Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle oil, apple cider vinegar, add a generous amount of fresh lemon zest and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Mix with your hands.
  • Roast for about 20 – 30 minutes depending on desired crunchiness.
  • Serve right away or later. Enjoy!
